Alright, so I submitted a ticket to Support.toonslab.com asking for some kind of assistance. I go back next day, and it says it was deleted. Good job deleting my ticket, staff.
I submit a second ticket talking about my very first problem and mentioning how upset I was of how they deleted and ignored my first ticket, and now they tagged this ticket as resolved.

So far no one has assisted me on my problem.

I have played this game for more than 5 years, have spent $100+ dollars in-game-app purchases, and have worked as Player Relations on iZone as a volunteer. Not including how many hours of my life I have spent on this game and with friends. I can't believe how mediocre and inefficient this service is.

Anyway, I hope that this can be solved, and I'm not denying the fact that I'm very pissed off.  

Toonslab has the worst service nobody cares about your problems they will reply whatever crap they can come up with.

Welcome to Graal you scrub. Where your volunteer works means ****, your hours mean nothing and you're a little filthy peasant in the eyes of Toonslab. Nexon has better service than Toonslab gg.  

Sent a ticket once, got viewed, then no reply for a day so I send another. No reply.

Had to talk to the Co-Manager.

Oh yes, I cannot imagine the terror stricken feeling going through staff as they see legal threats from children. They must be very scared of going to court because some 8 year old had his head deleted. /s  

5 years playing graal and you haven't figured out that 90% of people that are associated with graal are scumb? toonslab is just an easier way to ignore players.  

If you don't mind me asking, what's the issue you're opening a ticket on the support site over.
Might help give us an idea as to why your tickets not being answered.
Also- what server? (if it's not a general account issue)

Zadix point was that if you over react enough to the point where you bring in legal threats, they aren't going to take you seriously.

Just because someone has a lot of hours and has spent money on the game does not mean you deserve special treatment, no one is above the law.

Also, your second ticket was tagged as resolved because they already made their judgement by deleting the first ticket and so they are not going to look at it anymore.

I'm not above the law nor asking for special service. It just annoys me how unethical the service is with even the most loyal players. I'm just asking for a staff member to hear me and contact me back in order to solve the problem I'm having.

For the ones asking what the problem is, here it is:

Back in september I got into a special discussion at Graal Spar Arena with a guy who insulted someone I do really appreciate, and I was not gonna stay quiet, so I insulted back(and see, I accepted it, and accepted the consequence which is a ban). And then suddenly my ban time appears, and guess how long? A year. Then I emailed them(toonslab) to appeal because that lenght was in every single way too excessive. I go back that same day and guess what? IP Ban.

Why in this world would I be indefinetly IP Banned? I was Player Relations on iZone, and I know the rules, and seriously whoever banned me did something unethical or doesn't really knows how this works.
So as how it was September, i started class again, so I forgot about Graal. Now in February I want to play back again, and I remember this.

Alright, so I deserved a ban. Don't you think that is enough a ban from september to February for a wretched discussion with ended on bad terms?

Honestly, I accept what I did and accept a ban, but in every single way you see this, it is excessive.
IP Ban for undefined time, and Ban for a year?
You staff should watch more carefully who you hire...

My friend started swearing at some kid for insulting his dead mother and he got banned
Why didnt the kid who was harrassing him get banned?  

Staff members are pretty lazy, take it however you want.
