I've had a few problems too, I uploaded my custom made head and the admin actually responded like this: Do NOT re upload this image. This upland has been disproved re upload this image again and you will be (I couldn't read it all because it was a really long message and the message didn't fit in the pm)--I think it said you will be blacklisted. I hadn't uploaded the head for 3 months before, and I uploaded a head and the message said "sorry we cannot upload this head-_Copyright. The head was just a random head and a friend of mine said he upload 3 different bodies and got comyright too. I think we have a lazy admin if you ask me. I'll try to get the heads to show you guys.

That's a default response when an upload is denied. The admin didn't type that out. But, usually that reason is selected when a player repeatedly tries to upload an illegal head/body/shield for whatever reason.  

Well, it was just weird that I hadnt uploaded it more than once in a period of 3-4 months.  

No my head is not inflicting with the copyright rules.
exept if shiz is going to make up another rule.  

Just wait for some greatfull admin to get on and accept ur head upload.That's how i got mine.

Didnt know this is the ol west section

iclassic and ol west do follow similar rules for uploading.
Do you think that head should not be alowed in game

They prefer not to allow uploads which clearly represents something copyrighted. (Old default heads don't count with that)

Most of those things were already in-game hence why they are there, about the newer stuff well, sometimes people just don't know the idea is from somewhere else.
