Merging accounts?

Hi it's been a while since I've been on era and a lot of rules have changed so I was wondering how I went about merging my alternate account with my main account. Is that possible, and if so who do I talk to about it. Thanks bunches -^.^-

Awhile ago when i actively played classic i used to trick people into merging their accounts into mine, scamming like this is why it is not allowed. :]

The older players have all ruined it for the newer players. Glad we had times to screw around though. I'm still the leader of 3 guilds in Classic LOL.

If your main account is identified then their is no possible way to merge both accounts.

Nope. Apparently, everyone who needs a merge is a malicious hacker so they don't do them any more.

My Souizen account was hijacked, now it's lost forever cause iEra is utter **** and refuses to merge my two accounts, even with definitive proof the account is mine.

Even if one is identified and one isn't, i'm not sure if they still combine the stats of both accounts anymore

If you identify your account and for some reason the "transfer" option doesn't work- we will transfer the stats/items of your unidentified Pc:id to your new identified Graal# account.

We don't however, transfer identified accounts anywhere

I mean like around summer 2013 I got an account merge because I wanted to go under a different email, and this was before I got mad beef with jeni, with that being said she was really cool with me and she helped me get word out to snk for doing so and he was happy to do it like nothing lol but I also stated that I'd provided the maximum proof I had so idk. That was around the time my fame on iera was about to explode because i got new devices and started playing events, even before the youtube video lmao
