Lol I got scared so I sent it in at 8:30.

lol u said 8:30 and i looked at the time u posted and it said 8:28 i was like wtf?! but then i realized website time is different than ours. Dx me Fail

They have 400+ applications to read, so there's no one chosen yet.
And if you read News of iEra you would know that no one has been chosen and they will decide shortly.
