Missing hat
Has anyone ever had a missing hat before. I logged in two days ago and I noticed I had a hat missing from the friday 13th event which I bought werewolf mount and a hat from. I emailed support an they said I never purchased it. I recently switch phone so I went back to see if I had screenies with it but I dont. They show I bought werewolf mount. Honestly this isnt fair . Im goin to ask refund even though I eant my hat but it says I never bought it. An I kno I bought it. Has anyone gone through a similar problem before? Kinda makes me sad an replyin to support takes so long hahah

Yeah, but it was a simple flower hat, didn't really care much for it, I have proof that I had it but I am too lazy to contact anyone asking for it back

Ok well im not gonna give up I even have guildmates who seen me with hat. Its not fair. Im goin to emailbagain after work im not giving up. I just wanted to see if anyone else has a similar prob before an if I have hope

I was pretty sure I was missing at least one hat from years ago. I even made a thread about it. But unfortunately the only evidence I had was that I was really, really sure that I bought it. There was also a head and some furniture I could have sworn I had purchased. But I was told there's no reason for an item to just "disappear". I don't know about that, but since this was from over 2 years ago, there's just no way I can be 100% certain. I have a feeling there are rare instances in which a hat or other item has disappeared from someone's inventory due to a freak glitch or bug (or perhaps even admin error?), but I don't think much can be done about it, unless there's solid proof that the player had said hat/item. |

Support is not helping me one bit. This is not fair. I have purchased gralats and many hats . Now they are ignoring me. Honestly this isnt fair im pretty mad. Even though its a game I spent money on I would like legit communication with them.

LwMark, without factual evidence you purchased the hat, they can't give you it. It's against the rules. If they did allow it, that means they would have to give everyone any items they claimed to have own or else it would be unfair, your guild mates also don't count as evidence because again it's pretty simple for you to get your friends to vouch for you if need be. Now I'm not saying you are lying about this and you most likely did buy the hat but you have no real evidence. Follow his advice, better to be safe than sorry. |

Ye I bought my werewolf mount and hat from event I looked back in all my screenshots but nothin with mask. I dont ever think I need to take screen shots of my hated and items. I see where your coming. Its just I legit dont have it an lost out on all those gralats its really not cool
