The problem being that by supporting Palestine you are in turn supporting Hamas because they are ones who stand to gain the most.
Both sides are wrong but there is very little that anyone can do apart from let the conflict be resolved by those involved.

Supporting the men, women and children who have to live in fear of being hit by rockets every day is very different from supporting the people who are launching them without any regard for who they're hitting. If you think that every Palestinian is (or is going to be) part of Hamas, you're blatantly ignorant about the conflict as a whole.

By that same logic, not every Israeli is firing rockets into Palestine. Supporting Israel does not mean supporting Israel's military actions. RITE?

Correct. Same as any American citizen not supporting the U.S. Military's actions. We get just as much hate for what our military does, but we are seldom in control of it.

Supporting Palestine and supporting the people of Palestine are different things entirely. I don't think there is anyone who does not support the people but the fact remains that Hamas are making it difficult to support the cause.

What really needs to be understood here is that all sides in this conflict are at fault for various reasons. This struggle has been going on for decades now, and has only gotten more complex over time. Any time you sympathize with any group, you will always hear things like, "Well, what about this incident? What about that incident?" When, truth be told, the struggle over this land has been about a lot of incidents over time, and the effects just keep building up until fighting breaks out again.

You expect too much from our prestigious community of intellectuals. BTW I agree with your post. Too bad most people dont have the capability to understand how your statement makes sense, theyre to busy looking at things from one perspective.

By supporting Palestine in this conflict you are helping to benefit Hamas, a knock on effect. If a country were to support Palestine then they would be aiding terrorists which is a bad image for a country. This is why Palestine lacks a lot of support, if Hamas were out of the picture then I think the UN would have sent peacekeepers to the area and Israel would be forced to back down.

Palestine doesn't only consist of Gaza you know? Hamas has little political influence (if any) in the West Bank where Fatah officials are in charge. Why is the West Bank still under an occupation despite the fact it isn't ran by "terrorists".

Israel has NO justification for using this much force. The rockets do not even land in civilian areas! Another UN school is gone now and 10 more martyrs have joined the death toll. It's absurd and the world is finally opening up its eyes to the evil that is Israel

Actually I'm not too sure about that Crono. I'm pretty sure most people in favor of Israel also approve of this war.

Netanyahu has an 85% APPROVAL RATING in Israel right now. An OVERWHELMING percentage of Israelis support this war and feel it's strongly justified. Hell people are watching the bombs fly into Gaza and cheering.

Can't forget the "There's no school in Gaza tomorrow, there are no more children left." chant the Zionists came up with. How the hell can anyone support this evil state?

Live in fear my ass. They have air raid sirens, bomb shelters and an American backed middle defense system. More Israelis die of peanut allergies than Hamas rockets.

Speaking of that a Republican senator initially went against giving Israel more money for the Iron dome. He said our children would be paying for it later on.
It was later passed.

I'm talking about Palestinians, not Israelis. I'm well aware of the protections Israelis have been offered.

I am talking about the fact that Palestinians still get hit with Hamas rockets, despite Hamas being a Palestinian group.
