Playstation Store Question

So I was browsing the Playstation Store on my PS Vita and I noticed it said free next to Playstation All Stars Battle Royale. I was confused about this since I had only bought a hard copy for the PS3 and the game was not being given away. Next to the game it showed the red Playstation bag saying I already purchased this. Does this mean I can play games I own on the Playstation 3 for free on the PS Vita regardless of it being a hard copy? My sister bought Project Diva for the PS3, but that's not showing up as a free download on the PS Vita version.

I think the game is just free to Playstation Plus subscribers.

Some games are cross buy. Meaning if you buy it on your ps3 its free on vita and vice versa

Ya I got Terraria for free on my PS3 and then realized it can only be played on a Vita

Mobile version is pretty good, and since the update including hardmode is coming soon this will be making it be able to rivalise with the pc/console version (hopefully)

Mobile version is pretty annoying with the constant bugs and bad controls.

The controls of the first mobile version were great but from there things went downhill.

Most bugs got fixed though.
