Back in the day when I was young and enthusiastic about Graal you had to apply just as most other positions, but for a non developer it was the easiest position to be a part of (besides maybe a FAQ/PR position). I moved my way up to Events Admin on original Delteria and ran the team, and it was one of my favorite jobs at the time. I developed and had a lot of positions regarding those lines of work, but ultimately coordinating global sparring events and running the team of ET's was really fun. These days it seems more popular to automate events so ET's are becoming the front counter workers of fast food joints, being replaced by AI.

A good ET can stir up a lot of positive memories during their tenure, even if events are becoming more automated (as perhaps they should be given the large playercount), so I hope your brother felt like he had fun and shared it with everybody.

Like fallchild said, you either have ET or a FAQ position and both are harder than they seem!
