GST Dream Team (different from prediction)
If you could manage an entire roster for the GST, which players out of everyone (old and new) would you all have on your team to win? Keep in mind that guild spar is very different than normal spar, have fun thinking and debating. Listing reasons why would be cool too.

You know I was actually thinking of starting a thread like this, clearly you're also damaged by fantasy leagues  . Lets make it more fun and say you cant pick anyone from your own existing GST team, or maybe max 1. I'm in UoE so I get to pick Apostles members.Not gonna overthink it, and I'm not gonna go with inactive people, but my team would be this 6jack9(Apostles) ptjenova(Apostles) Skull (Deity) Dante (Alumni) Aserus(SLX) Subs would be: Dae (Deity) sarah (Alumni) Aserus would probably be the one getting rotated out for subs, unless I wanted a mix-up then Jack and Dante would get subbed for a more defensive line-up. |

Jack,PT,Thallen,Quiondre,Sarah Jack=Just a pure beast and is a deadly gser. PT=Well Jack and PT are by far one of the deadliest Duo's in GS, you can't simply have 1 without the other. Thallen=Offensive Tank can get them hits in where it looks impossible. Quiondre=Just will own you hardcore. Has good co-ordination and can improvise in the situation. Sarah=One of the best clutchers in the game if she's the last person alive in your team don't worry she'll find a way to win. On Sub I'd have Dante and Exalt. |

not gonna include myself Sarah - was 30k-7k at one point so wins more than anyone on Graal, never dies in GS, practices more than anyone, is the most active sparrer, listens well Ares - will 1 vs. 2 anyone pretty much, finds your weakest player and wrecks them Dante - has a unique style and probably swings sword more than anyone, turns and hits really quickly, will go 1:1 at minimum David - same as Ares kinda, just a little less offensive and maybe more safe in regards to his health Abood - about 80% of what Sarah is as a sparrer, which is still better than 99% of people Kouji - can play on any device, is generally pretty confident about every spar, randomly just owns people and gets like 12 hits in a round last spot, either Eko or Aserus probably not the best list overall, but trying to mix in iDevices and PCs if attitudes and personalities were out of the way then my list might be different, but that's obviously a huge part of any team Edit:

I would first think to the old pc sparrers if my gut feeling that they would do worse in guild spar didn't kick in. If I had to make a team: Core Ares Brett Dante Praydoh Thallen Sub CC Ph8 It's obviously very hard to pick, and many of these may not be attuned to gs as they're oldies. I'll post another team with newer players later. |
