Lol no, it is from Skyrim. There's a guard NPC who always says "I used to be an adventurer like you, then i took an arrow to the knee." That gets repeated a lot so it just kind of became a joke to say after anything. More commonly its used as "then i started playing skyrim" or atleast that's how i take it. Hope that helped.
