I'd enter if I didn't have to GS for hours to get into top 32 or whatever. It is hard enough as it is to get members on for GST so getting them on just to spar make it in top 32 is tiring.

There are 64 iDev teams, plus 32 mixed teams. Thats 96 teams participating; Factor in the fact that ~1/3 of guilds on the scoreboard are a) practice guilds or b) noob guilds / guilds not participating; So really, dont worry if you arent on the top 100 board. Id say ~100pts or more below #100 is even ok.

As of now, Mother doesn't even have a Mixed team. So I don't see how we will be having an easy win.

i didnt know mother roamed graalians, but theres a lol in my post for a reason. That post was serving another purpose and it wasnt meant to be serious.

Note: The only mix team that I would see having an easy GST would be EP's team of two GST's ago, the ones that got DQ because Neo told on his own brother.  

SLX's year. Apostles and alumni will probably give us our biggest challenge. Hope we get either of them first or second match. Now we need to predict when GST is going to be.. they usually announce it a week prior, no?  

Ya srsly when's gst??????? Anyway, I do believe slx, deity, and apostles have a very good chance at winning

it will probably be on the 31st since it apparently isn't the 24th
GST has always been on a Saturday and registration opens 5-7 days before the tournament, don't see any reason why they'd change it now  

I think SoN will be putting up a good enough fight to take first, but maybe some others with a subpar connection will end up winning, like meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Btw, anyone own Google Fiber yet?

I know that I didn't play iClassic back when US was around but I heard that the only reason US was so successful was because they had no real competition. I mean look how intense the GST is now it's between like 8 teams. Personally I don't think if US came back that they would be as "dominant" as they so called were in 2008.

We had people like Ares, Prado, Brett, etc in US so it's not like the PC world stood a chance either.

Real talk tho it's a mix of not many good players back then along with US already having the best out of the pool at the time. There's a lot of solid players now thanks to iClassic's sparring scene.

For someone that admits they weren't around, you shouldn't be assuming anything about our sparrers. Bottom line is, 11 championships won what else is there to prove? Could we still field a team and win? Only players that are familiar with our actual roster know that answer to that.

US won a gst in 2013, I don't think they even practiced or anything either. So they could just get their points back and ez everyone and it will get intense when fashion modeling high vs them in the end.
