Graal App Updated Features Concept Video
So, I was checking out ideas for improvements to the actual interface of the Graal app, and decided to make a concept video of the update in action. After posting it on Facebook, someone suggested I post the link here too, so here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMuWLCYIrNA Summary of concept features: Push Notifications Option to receive notifications whenever you are sent an offline message, your guild takes/loses a fort, or your upload is completed. Integrated with iOS 5's Notification Center. Message Icon Layout Instead of all message icons appearing in the same spot so you have to go through many guild messages to find a single PM, each type of message (PM, guild message, staff announcement, and friend requests) has its own spot on the screen. Message Center A unified inbox where messages are sorted by threads. A blue dot next to a thread shows a new unread message, and a grey dot shows a new offline message. Again, messages are sorted under 4 tabbed pages for PM, guild messages, staff announcements, and friend requests. Upload Status A special place to show the current status of graphic files you upload. The area shows a preview of the graphic, file size, whether it's received or not, and the current upload status. The dot next to the title shows an overview of the status (red = rejected, amber = received, awaiting approval, green = accepted). NOTE: Please bear in mind that this is a design concept video, not an official release demo. The features depicted are just ideas I tried to visualise, with interfaces I designed based on the current Graal system. This is NOT an official new update announcement, and features depicted are not guaranteed to be added to the actual Graal app in the future.
