not to make this personal or anything, but Poppy is a full-grown adult who should have a fully-developed brain at this point and if she isn't capable of intelligently administrating the game and making proper judgments at her age then get rid of her

if any of her friends would care to tell her to stay the hell out of interfering with matters in towers and spars until she understands the mechanics of the game like hit detection and so forth, I'd appreciate it

Poppy is now also threatening to ban players who can't even speak fluent English to defend themselves in an appeal email because they are sending in heads to upload that include the "Anbu flash" animation effect which she apparently thinks to have copyrighted

I can understand if someone is evading the swear filter to say f*** or something but the word "s***" is allowed. It's not censored so an admin was just using his or her personal judgement which is wrong, it doesn't break any rules.

This is nothing new bro its been the case since the birth of the iphone servers and im sure it was the same in the pc world.  

Instead of hiring admins with 290680 hours and 500 of every other stat, they should actually hire admins with experience.

In most cases, having a high amount of Pks, Spars, and Baddy Kills, shows experience. It shows that you are familiar with all aspects of game play, not just afking in graal city (like most GPs do).

The appeal system is messed up. I got into an argument with a GP, (keep in mind on their private account), and was banned for a week. Since the GP that banned me would be the one reading the appeal, I sent my appeal to xor instead. He basically said "I don't care if they banned you because they were mad. You didn't follow the appeal instructions, and because of that, it will not be overturned."

I don't get it...

May also be a coincidence, but on occasion, I'll go to the grotto and take other player's gralats. They spam reports, then 5 minutes later I get randomly warped.

nah, this is typical and almost expected

if you ever doubt that you should have 0 confidence in the reporting system, go to a spar arena or a tower and have your friend put a report through claiming that you're unhittable or lagging, one of two things is very likely to happen:

1. the report will be completely ignored
2. the person who was reported will be warned, disconnected, or warped without an admin ever actually looking into any truth in the report

the likelihood of #2 happening is probably greatly increased when a large number of people spam a false report
it probably has a lot to do with the GPs being young and immature and not understanding that their job isn't to punish people but to actually enforce the rules fairly, sometimes it's like they feel like they have a quota, "if I don't ban this amount of players per week then I'm not doing my job"

I didn't really want to include your age because, IMO, age doesn't matter on a game. I just think it's ridiculous how you're crying like a 15 year old boy. It's embarrassing because:

a) you're not 15
b)you're crying on a game like Classic? This shi*t aint even that competitive. I'm starting to think that the only reason why you play Graal is because you find it easy to beat pre teens. I bet you play some of that Disney crap too, to boost your self esteem from all the winning.

burden of proof should lay on the person administering the ban, not the player having to prove they did nothing

I have nothing against old people playing the game, but there is nothing I hate more than people going serious over a game (Thallen/Comyt serious). Like, dude, it's a game not the fu*cking Olympics. You could've handled this more discreetly, Thallen. I thought you had good connections with Rufus and other members of staff?
