Hello dear Graalians,

ive had some problems lately trying to start playing graal again, after about 100 days of absence. Whenever i send an approval email, i just dont get one, and ive tried several times since nearly a week now. Can anybody help me with this issue?!

Actually, I've had this problem before. It took me a while to be honest but you could have a different case. What I tried was checking if there was any duplicates of the graal app and I also typedin my email carefully. That or your using the wrong email & the worst of all... your account is gone.  

Its not gone because when i search for me i can still find it, but thankyou anyway :/

Try PMing Xor on a noob account, or try emailing classic.

I'm sorry, I just think now the only problem is the email. Maybe you should refresh it multipletimes its all I can think of.

Check your spam/junk folder as well as your trash folder. Check it from a computer if possible too because some people have trouble seeing their spam folder on their ipod.

I did all that, the problem is i created a new email aswell to check if that was the problem, but im not receiving any emails from their either. So i dont know whats wrong, ive tried everything, and im so lost.

Well then try emailing [email protected] again and PM Neo, Soren, or Pharaoh for help. The identification system has problems but one of them should be able to help you if you're not getting a response to your email.  

Check the junk folder.

All these staff listed are friendly and very open to helping. I second this.  

They never send. Once I had to send it 7 times to get it in the spam folder.  

I've had this a couple of times aswell and i really hope this is going to be fixed :o
You have to really make them notice you, email them and pm all of the support staff: Neo, Soren, pharaoh and xor

^This. Listen to Albus he is always right. I was recently setting up yet another noob account for reasons I wont disclose at this time....anyways At first I couldn't find the Conformation email then I skimmed through my junk/spam and there it was.
