Take off X-Scissor for Sucker Punch imo, it's essential to have priority especially on such a frail and slow sweeper.

115 speed isn't a slow sweeper, its faster than non-mega gengarbage.

But it is fairly frail.

Pikachu is now a beast this gen now that it has nuzzle. 100% paralyze damaging move+ Electro Ball+ high speed pokemon= Insane power.

Too many good Scarfers this gen, especially with Genesect running amok and the OP Scarf Terrakion becoming popular again due to TFlame and the Charizards. Not to mention Sucker Punch is the greatest failsafe check to Aegislash other than a STAB EQ.
