U have to get the flippers and googles then keep diving till u get the "onnet general store storage room key". Then u go to onnet general store and use the key to unlock tge door and inside is a rusty old hammer. Then u take it to the blacksmith and pay him 100g to restore it. Then he fixes it and hands it back and boom u got the hanmer.
