Would give an interesting feel to the game... though I am concerned that six hour cycles would be an issue for people who get on for like an hour or two here or there and not us ravenous players who are on all day long...

I wouldn't think much progress would have been made in anything related to this, since Dusty stated it was pretty much impossible with the current engine earlier in the thread. I'm pretty sure this thread died for a reason.
