Correct. Staff do this a lot when theres an update. But then forget to change it back after things calm back down. And thats how half the map slowly turns into nonpk over time.

Now this, actually makes sense. If that's the reason then I can understand. Other than that it's just people being impatient. As far as travel goes. I doubt there will be a time when 2-3 seconds will make such a huge difference. And besides all that, these bridge battles don't even happen that often.
