Can I ask how I will know if it gets accepted or not.  

right my advice is to ask an admin if they don't answer google it or youtube it!

Well...I dont want to post it because people can steal it.

I just take a picture and paste that picture on the picture but with less opacity?

If you missed it once in a while Furryamigo will post a thread on here and host a pet creation contest of sorts. Where the winners receive their pets in game and other various prizes.
