No they don't. I survived for 10 minutes just running in the desert with 4 stars. Lmao

It's not a problem, it's a belief. So it takes mere seconds for the police to know its you who committed the crime.

aww look who's pulling out insults because all their points are being shot down 1 by 1. SO CUTE!

and ye, it would take them seconds to figure out it was you if you're driving the exact same car that was stolen with the same plates. You're just being ******ed for the fun of it I think.

In any case, it's a game. A great game at that, and the police are modeled after the police in the setting that the location is. Done shooting down your pitiful "complaints".

I don't expect you to be all cutesy with that first message since you always like to get into fights no matter what it is on the forums. For the record you are mostly the one who thinks that my points are being shot down. Again don't try sugar coating your insults at me it looks sad, but I could agree with you at one thing and that this game is great. So great they messed it up with how police work in the game.  

I think the police are fine the way they are. They provide some form of challenge and they really aren't that much of an obstacle. It's just the way the game was designed. Yah sure, maybe it's not exactly possible for them to know you stole a car the second you stole it. But hey, 2 stars isn't designed to be that hard so it's not that big of a deal. If you really think it's that bad then here's your solution. Just go fill your garage up with some cars. If you ever find yourself in a situation without a vehicle just get the mechanic to deliver one, problem solved.  

The cops can get annoying sometimes, but I just deal with it because I've gotten used to them like most people have. Plus the easy way out is always a choice for you.  

It's easy to loose the cops its just annoying having to wait an eternity for the stars to go away.

funny how you tell me to quit bickering and yet you continue arguing and bickering with jester, you hypocrite.


The police are fine, they just seem unrealistic to people because rockstar made it so crimes in the world skip their investigation process so that the police have your location and vehicle right after you steal it.  

I don't care about cops being realistic. Despite GTA being a game based on realism, gameplay > realistic. The devs know this, they made a good balance of realism and fun gameplay. Look at how cops act on Mount Chiliad... ****ing hilariously unrealistic. Devs probably saw how they acted and left them, because it's fun.

Just sometimes, it can be a bit too sensitive to the point it takes some of the fun away. It's nitpicky, it's not ruining the game for me.

On a late(I'm assuming) mission with Franklin and Michael and I can't complete the mission without the game freezing -_-

It's the mission where Franklin rescues Michael. When we get out of the factory and the Chinese chase us, any explosion causes my entire PS3 to freeze up. The mission is lengthy, and I've done it twice now and had it freeze up both times. The first time my car exploded, the second time there was some explosion off screen(maybe the Chinese's car) and again, my PS3 froze. Dunno what to do, getting tired of doing all the lengthy crap over again...

If you are still stuck on it the only way I can think of getting past it is too purposely die when entering the warehouse so you can eventually skip the mission. I had to purposely skip a mission because when Michael was in a chopper his gun glitched out and I couldn't shoot down the enemy helicopters behind.

 

Got the space docker and tow truck for Xbox 360. Anyone want?
