If they are inactive, fire them.. They're obviously not contributing enough effort to the server. Though, I understand Zone's desperate.

I honestly don't see the need for an overwhelming gfx team. The powers that be, seem to believe that we need the manpower of a team that can run a teeming server like iClassic and iEra. However, we're a small community, with loads of images salvageable from PC Zone. I can understand a small 2-4 person team to make the few images that we don't have, but acting desperate because we don't meet an unnessecary qouta of 10-15? Why keep dead weight?
