Easter eggs or coincidences?

I have two discoveries which could potentially be either Easter eggs or just plain coincidence.

1. The KSG shotgun. As many of us know, the ksg shotgun comes with a riot shield when purchased. Now if you've ever played Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 you may realise that the KSG Shotgun and the Assault shield are both unlocked together at level 34.
2. In the James Bond movie, Goldfinger, Fort Knox was a key location in the movie where the criminal (Goldfinger) tries attacking it. Now in eras Fort Knox, the only two gold-camo guns in the game are upgraded there.

So what do you think?

The first one sounds like whoever pixelled the KSG shotgun probably used BO2 as a reference, but then again I assume that the KSG has been out for longer? Forgive me i'm and iEra noob lol.

As for the second, yeah that sounds like an easter egg too me.

I'm pretty sure the ksg has been there since before BO2 release.

well if you didn't know, theres a assload of gold in fort knox so it would make sense that the two only gold guns are upgraded there.

Ksg was released in 2011-2012 if I'm sure.
Time passes so I can't remember many things.
