It is trading. Your work for my money. Your time and effot to make me look cool and have better stats. He isnt gunna pay anyone jack when/if they reach 1k. Hes just a weak leader who needs to bribe his 'members' just to keep his squad going.

One guy on Classic got banned for allegedly lying about giving out iTunes to his members. This guy's account's status now claims he is dead. Don't ask me why.
