also it would be pointless moving graal city as most people will still hang around the same place on map(center) to get to everywhere quicker.

IMO the problem would lesson if asking to kik/Skype and advertising code shops (which are basically scams aimed at those who don't know of taylorrichaards.com) were jailable offenses. Honestly, give me one good reason why it shouldn't be done. And before anyone says it, to hell with people's "business",because like I said they are nothing more than scams aimed at the uninformed, and half the problem can be fixed by making taylorrichaards more known.
