You have to email xor, not snk.  

i emailed them both. no response.  

It will be impossible to get refund from xor with no receipt. Bug your mum or just forget the whole thing.

There's something called patience.

Xor isn't a robot; he can't answer within a couple of hours... It can take some time before getting reply.
