are any of you actually in a tower taking guild? when we had snow 2 of us could of defended it from like 6 people easily keep the stuff that dosnt take skills on fb server where it belongs

Im in Rainbows, PCA (kinda dead), YOUR DOOM (Dead cause NYN wiped our hours for having a pic of a message from him), and sorta EPIC KOLOSALS.

and i assume them guilds wouldnt have many people in it which will make it impossible for you to take snow or castle

Rainbows is incredibly active and has lots of members so no they are fine, Lots of nubs wanna be in EK cause we have 1000 hours, PCA is a night guild so its easy because everyone is asleep at the towers, and YD was full 90% of the time because DAN gives out iTunes (scam). So no.

Yes we are. They aren't top of the list guilds and some are Fb, but most have lots of members.

I don't see King of the Hill as necessarily bad. I do agree that the smaller guilds that generally idle in Snowtown fort will have a bit more of a time holding the tower (Get more people to idle! - kidding).

We chose these towers specifically to introduce King of the Hill (KOTH).

-Snowtown: Pretty much a dead fort. Every time I stop by there, I see 3-5 players, with around 2 of them being idle. It has a big flag room to allow for big guild fights.

- Graal Castle: A busy fort, but has a big flag room as well.

Both have extremely easy access to get into the flag rooms. There's no "defense" like MoD, Sardons, Deadwood, etc. have. Smaller guilds generally shoot for these towers anyways due to small pathways that can be easily blocked. Towers that are easy to get into the flag room generally have guilds that spam noob members to sit in the room to keep the flag.

KOTH is really no different than before. If you are a "good at PKing" guild of 5 members, and are attacked by 12 "noobs", I'm going to assume that your 5 members can easily clean the mess up. You also still re-spawn in the room, giving you that advantage as well.

I think this will also help guilds in the long-run be more Active. You can't take Snowtown or the Castle with only 2 people. You'll need an active, loyal, group of folks that will get to the tower when you say "go", and will stick around to defend it with a large guild count. A lot of guilds, from what I see, are currently being used to show pictures of yourself while you spam people to "RATE ME!" - not really the intended use of the guild system.

Change is hard to accept, but I think you guys will find KOTH really a nice alternative option to the standard "bash your iPod as fast as you can while standing next to the flag".

Towers in general do not require much skill, KOTH just makes it even easier.
After helping SOS and PS to 1k, CoM from 0-1k and PS fb 0-1k in a month on Facebook, I'm burnt out on towers and I personally do not care what happens to them.

The staff has good enough reasoning to add them in I'm not going to go against it any further than my first comment.

Most of you are going to oppose us. We're in fort taking guilds, you're in admin wannabe guilds. Face it, you think we're complete scum, don't you? My first complaint? It ruins PKing at castle. Not that I PK much, but when I do that's where I go to. The defenders just run outside the flag room when they're going to die, same as PKers do. Second complaint? The defenders don't have to bother doing anything if there's only a few people attacking/PKing. Third complaint? If you're not active while defending it becomes a pain in the ass. Walking all the way through either fort is the attackers job. Fourth complaint? Defending Snowtown. Enough said.

When there is large groups of people attacking castle, there's still havoc. Whether you're defending or attacking, people are confused and just slashing at everyone, and with the defenders all running out of the flag room to prevent themselves from being spawned outside, Castle is bound to have even more of the pileups outside the door that it's notorious for.

I genuinely don't mind the new spawn for defenders at castle, although it's painful for defenders and ruins PKing. People can adjust to that. Changed my mind, too many problems. PKing at snow hasn't changed much, although not very many people do that.

You want facts? The people who spend the most time at these towers don't like it. Why should your opinion be valued over ours?

3 people in my guild could easily defend off a guild of 10, before this update its basically impossible now.
It was fine on fb server, where it belongs. Theres bound to be other stuff admins can occupy themselves with then stuffing up good forts :/ most of the top guilds dont want this and im sure if your the top guilds you take towers the most
