Possible PBP shotgun issue.
Recently, I've purchases the PBP shotgun to base and pk with. It has seem to be that the bullet hit time has a delay. Meaning, I would have to shoot a second ahead of time in order to land a hit onto my target. I'm not sure if this is part of the gun or is my internet connection. But than again my internet connection seem to work fine and my other weapons seems to hit the target right on point without any delay. Ontop of that, I had asked a few pkers and they all agreed with me, So please look into this. Thanks

I'm playing on iPad so there is no lag for me. Anyway I found out PBP Shotgun has a hit timer. Which means, if your enemy hits you first, you won't be able to any damage for 1 second and he can keep putting damage into you. This is a very horrible idea. I don't know who came up with it cause it makes pking pointless, it's just about luck now, whoever hits first does more damage. Not whoever hits the opponent most.

I think it's the hit detection timer or whatever it was called that people often complain about. The same is happening to me, which is very annoying indeed.

Just remove the hit timer. I don't see a point or purpose to this. It just makes everything complicated. You might say this and that, but I see no positive things coming out of hit registration.

Hit timers are a controversy. I see hit timers as a good feature to allow guns with longer freeze rates to win in spar. Such as Taurus, Facebook gun, etc. It gives them a chance to win. It's also useful for countering rushers. Ever faced those bar rushers who run and shoot directly at you? It makes sparring more interesting with the hit timer. Players need to think twice before tanking in bullets for the sake of holding the bottom area. Then again, hit timers have a serious issue with laggers. If the enemy has a hit delay, it's going to be a huge problem. Now resulting a much more unfair match up and gameplay. |
