I'd start off by getting money (shelling or trash picking) to buy a new gun. From there you can start whatever you wish.

Save up for multiple guns, even if you don't have iTunes. I've used them sparingly, but 90% of my gralats came from shells. It's very very time consuming, but I suggest going for a few 65k+ guns and then getting one of the top tier guns. (Shipka, Bar or Pbp Shotgun.)
