Yes there is no reason why many of these items can't be traded. I was told it is out if pure will of not wanting to update these items to do so. I was advised to make a poll on this and will soon. Everyone's support in the matter helps.

I actually used to like the chainsaw, but for some reason whenever I'm killing crabs with it, someone with a lower damage weapon will give the damage making it so my chainsaw only does 7/8 damage (or whatever damage their weapon does) instead of the 15. So if it was ever possible I would like to trade it, because I rarely even use it now because of that reason
