New rules test in CTF

My opinion: they take away from the fun, promote more individual fighting rather than team work, promote camping at flag and spamming at anyone who tries to attack. Actually takes alot longer to play than with unlimited lives.  

This was a test and was removed eventually.

This was a test and was removed eventually.

I didn't think it was a permanent thing, when this was done it reminded me of why Laser tag always stalemated or the timer on it ran out.
