The reason the gift giving is so popular is because it only happens once a year, christmas is about dem presents and that imaginary jeezus guy not other holidays.

I support all post that try to make graal classic better. talking **** from your parents pc or that new I phone they got you is childish and not worth my time. stating the obvious is not making a point Ryan we all know that it's only once a year but it would be great if they gave us a way to share with each-other instead of scamming one another. So how about a way to buy random presents for other players like as a birthday gift instead of a 2nd x-mas so ppl don't get offended because of the religious nature of Christmas. Like as part of your players stats you add your birth month and day. During the week of your birthday it sends out notifications to your guild mates or people on your friends list asking if they wish to send you a gift for a small fee. similar to the notifications you get on FB. I'm not saying they should turn this into every other ftp game out there where your always trying to get ppl to send you stuff. I just think it would be nice for players, and it might help generate more interest in the game. Idk if this would be viable with account merging around or how that works tho.

I don't like this idea at all. Sure, it'd be nice to get presents in July because my birthday is on the 10th of that month *hint* *hint* *nudge* *nudge*, but Christmas only comes once a year and this would make it seem a bit more mundane. Every holiday major holiday is celebrated once per year. You don't see people celebrating Independence day in December or Saint Patrick's day in the fall. Holidays have a specific time and place, and it'd be nice not to rip up the calendar and tape it back together incorrectly. There are summer holidays that will be celebrated where you will more than likely get your fair share of hats, furniture, juggles, holiday bombs, etc. Wait for those because those are around the corner. If I were you I'd rather save up my gralats starting now for Christmas so you wouldn't have to spend your life savings to buy all your buddies gifts.

Don't we have enough holidays? Players don't realize how much work goes into a one-time holiday fling event, and then wonder why it's hard to get actual content out that's not holiday stuff.
