It was requested by a ton of players actually. The timer is set to 75 seconds. Having to attack and hold the bases for 75 seconds out of 5 minutes is more than a fair trade. You all want the easy way out and to be honest it isn't fair to the other team. Why should the defenders have to defend the bases for 5 minutes and it only take the attackers 30 seconds to win. So yes it was change due to a high amount of request. Of course after we give the players what they want the same exact players turn around and complain about it. Some of you in this post requested this change and now complain about it. Like I said in my other post, not all of you will get what you want.

I do planets a lot and communicate with planet takers a lot. I have never heard a complaint about it, but if there is as many players as you say there are, can't you have a poll before something like this is released? It just doesn't seem fair as you only took into account the complaints (from reading what you said), not the other side of the spectrum.  

Tashkin on every planet except Conquest(because Conquest has a timer) the matches can take hours. It is almosg impossible to keep an opponent from taking a base since the timer is like 90 seconds long, bright idea big boi your just making zone players despise planets.
