Can't log into graalonline website

I can't log into graal online website it asks me to change my apsswaord when I try and log into player worlds not be website

But I have the game on pc also and it lets me log in and if I can subscribe it in observation mode it says we will re direct u to the place blah blah you have been loged in

Then 5 seconds laster it says that login failed

He means when he try's to log in at graalonline.com, it says his login is wrong and tells him to change password. He has changed the password but it still doesn't let him.

This is a problem for me to, I'm not sure if something is up with the login server, but you can still login on the graal client.
