Following up on MattKan's post about the setcoat, setnick, setskin, etc. commands, I think the platform may be a factor. As opposed to the computer, iDevices are owned by people of all different ages, and the app is not restricted to a certain age group. Seeing as some very young players may be confused by this type of command, the interface may purposely look more friendly to anybody who picks up the game. This includes menus, guilds, profiles, etc.

To be honest if someone is confused with typing set<partofbody> <color> then that's that's fine, too. They can stick with the menus and such. It doesn't have to be a big news announcement that these commands start working- the server doesn't need to document it at all, in my opinion. it can just be there for those of us who want it, and, news will spread, others will find out from their friends. No reason to make a big deal about it basically.

On a side note, if you try setnick on the iPhone and Facebook servers, the text doesn't appear, just as it behaves when you unstick, showlag, setsword, or setshield. However, setnick does not work. Obviously, something is scripted in there, just not completed!

It's been like that forever, so I don't think it qualifies as being "incomplete". It's complete, just not good for spare of a better word.

You didn't... I wrote that in place of the two giant pictures you posted so people don't have to scroll down the same pictures multiple times. I even left in the original post link so you could follow it and see the pictures if you really wanted to. Sorry for being convenient...

I didn't make a big deal about it... Frankly, I could give a rat's ass if it gets added or not. Never did I say anything about a news announcement, I simply said it would be confusing to people who are new to the system. Sure, it could be added along with the menus, but never did I make a big deal about a news announcement...

If you look at Brooze's image he posted, there are many more color options available. Dusty said that there are in fact other colors, although we do not have the ability to select them. To me, it seems like "incomplete" would be a pretty accurate word for this situation.

One of the things that iPhone lacks and would be really nice to see is the "setskin ____" commands. I don't really understand why they took it out, but it would actually be kind of nice if they put it back!

Of course, the argument can be made that the quality of servers are generally better when the chat commands are eliminated and replaced with buttons - it's just more professional and looks better in my opinion - this is a part of Graal and it would actually help the server. Plus it isn't right not being there . (At least setattr's... sethead and stuff could be changed so if you tried to set your head to a head that isn't already available to you it could give you a message saying that "head### isn't available to you.)

I find typing very tedious on my iPod Touch so I don't think I'd find any convenience in this. Facebook users might though, I guess.

Something needs to be done about this. The colors in the place where you can change your body color are extremely off. I think the colors need to be changed so it will look more appealing on custom looks. I made a list of the colors I think need to be changed and I put a check next to the ones I think are ok. I don't even know what the heck cynober is so I just put a question mark. They should add an extra one if they change these colors for skin called "Tan". Do you guys think these colors need to be changed?
