There are many ways to get DreamWeaver for free in just a matter of minutes (no torrents), just saying. *I DO NOT SUPPORT PIRACY

1. Go to GoDaddy.com or some other domain registrar.
2. Purchase a domain and possibly private whois so people don't know where you live.
3. Wait for nameservers and other stuff to be set up.
4. Look for hosting, or use godaddy, and set up nameservers.
5. Learn PHP and more web development
6. Profit?
