I have sent three emails in the past month about transferring an iEra account I have not used for nearly two years now to my email. I have sent my device ID and a screenshot of my old account and the email I want it identified to three times but I still haven't been transferred nor have I Received a reply.

I also can't find a staff list or staff to PM about my situation.

This is really obnoxious considering I haven't played for nearly two years, and I no longer have access to an account I have put real money towards.

How else can I get transferred/What steps can I take, am I doing anything wrong?

After playing on a Second Gen, I would switch to iZone if it were the only Graal port on my Android.

However, after Classic comes to Android, I'll rarely play Era.

Go on your email, dont check your email, check the "junk" folder.  

2 years ago is before the identification system, so that won't work. Since that system was added, I don't think PR's can do account transfers, I guess that's out too; last year however, Cat612 could do them in a matter of seconds (I miss cat ). If emailing isn't working, I guess the only other option is having a PR leave a message for a "higher-up" to do it.  

I thought you meant my emails sent to Era where put into the junk folder.

Nothing in my spam folder.  

A PRA,snk,or Auron can only do account transfers ask them.

Thanks. I just have to wait until one of them comes on their Admin account.  

So I have sent five emails, PMed 6 PRs, sent Feedback 6 times, and still nothing.


I'm getting a lot of generous people to try to help me though.
