The Legend of Zelda's 25th Anniversary Symphony is just amazing - as are the soundtracks, but in-game, my favorite soundtracks are from FFVII, Animal Crossing (that nostalgia), and the Halo series. Honorable mention to Xenoblade Chronicles.
