Hey guys, anyone remember the old metal gear series? It is most likely my favorite series of all time! The story and game play are a perfect mix. I have played every game in the series and loved them all! Here you can talk about what you think about the metal gear series. I also can't wait for metal gear rising revengeance! It comes out in 5 days!

Shadow Moses MGS4... damn that nostalgia. Can't even explain it to anyone who didn't play the original on their old PS1 way back.

I played them all but MGS4 never got around to buying the game.

They are making a new one. MGS Ground Zeroes which from the trailer look very good.

Looks good, but not exactly the standard MGS formula(which doesn't mean it's a bad thing). Apparently they're going for an open-world, GTA sort of game. You pick and choose what missions you want to do, how to do them/where to go and such.

Sounds awesome to me though.

Let's hope it works out great which will.
It will be cool to see how they will do it and the effects that you do will change the story line and this will make you play it over and over again to see what changes and what happens.

Those graphics look pretty sweet! Hope they are similar when it comes out.

I just played the demo for Metal Gear Solid Revengeance and it was so damn good. This is the first Metal Gear Solid game I've ever played and I'm definitely going to buy it when I get the money. The only reason I tried the game is because Raiden was on Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale and is my favorite character.

I played that as well, it is pretty different than the other MGS games as those focus more on stealth whereas raiden just slices and dices, but that demo was indeed very fun
