How is the AB8 more inclined to tactical play than the Sten? It's not as if the Sten is locked in automatic-spam mode.

because "spam bullets" seems to be the favored fighting style, and if that is the style he uses the sten would obviously be a much better choice since the AB8 has a lower rate of fire.
