I'm pretty sure it was his imagination from going crazy and stuff. Because he believes it's his fault she died because he wasn't there and then his new child is just another reminder of that or something.

I hope he doesn't go completely crazy. But the crazy thing will probably go on for the rest of the season, and maybe stop dramatically at the end where he picks himself up, accepts her death and fights, and a few people die and then woo season four.

After Lori died Rick went a bit insane. He got phone calls that he thought were other survivors, but were in fact voices of the people who have died. Including Lori. Not to mention the fact the phone was never actually plugged in. He's basically going down a road of insanity, and the person at the end of the last episode was supposedly Lori(I didn't think it looked like her).

It looked like her to me, in her wedding dress or something like that.

 

It saddened me tbh how Rick drove that other group with his crazyness. Tyreese in my opinion is one badass looking character and I hope that we get to see him and his group a lot more over the next few episodes.  

Its funny that when there are no zombies to kill they start trying to kill each other  

I'm curious to see if Morgan comes back.
