Dig in your house where the grass is. It'll give you a notification at the bottom of your screen

What to do:
Go to your house and start digging on the grass. Soon there will be green monster popping up. Kill the Monster and then eventually you will receive various of hats. If you do get a match stick it will be in your inventory.
Hurry soon you won't be able to get anymore

Anywhere with grass/snow. A message at the bottom says you've received them.
