I absolutely need an account transfer. It is impossible for me to use identify, and when I try to contact support to change my identity email, I get no response. Snk if you could please transfer my account and stop ignoring my emails, that's be great. (for those of you who will call me a troll or whatnot, I have been trying to transfer my account since September )

I think the identify system is temporarily down, or at least I think that's what jester said. Try pming a pr in game and explain the situation very thoroughly; they can't help if they can't understand.

I'm guessing he can't log in, probably forgot his password and doesn't know the random birth date he entered don't work.

if you mean [email protected] - that wont work, they have nothing to do with iEra/iClassic/iZone or any other iServers. email [email protected] to request this or try to catch him up when hes online

Why don't you know your account email? Isn't that like step one of registering anywhere?

Or why don't you know the password, if you know the email.  

because i forgot the password, and google won't let me recover it?  

Why don't you have a trusted backup recovery email that it sends the password to?
