need help identifying a hat

i got some pretty weird hats from halloween but this specific hat has rlly caught my attention, it looks like a pair of **** with nipples...i call it the "bra hat", people say its a bat hat..but i tell them that there arent any white bats! it does resemble a bat figure so i cant say that its not..maybe its an albino bat? it does have wings which suggests its some sort of animal..

Those "nipples" are the bat's eyes.
Wings on the side of the head and fangs...yeah.
Poorly made hat though imo.

The actual name of the hat is "Bra Monster Hat" the template has no "made by" so I don't know who made it.

Seriously though... Seems like one of those things that when you view the file named something back mask you can only see a bat, but when on a head....
