I found out when my brother searched through his inventory and pulled me over to see what he had, I searched mine and didn't have one, then asked another friend who told me to check Snk's status. I have it now but this seems like a fountian repeat, mass PM when some people aren't on and they end up not getting it because it wasn't put in the news

Im pretty sure you can also get a 50 streak get the flag and then restart all over again and get another one
