... If your hired your given gold for a month paying only for your subscription (not unlimited gelats), you don't need gold to access rc. @Shawn, no i don't see why you'd beed rc access when you dont work for the server as rc isn't suppost to be a live chatroom (at least on izone).

I never said I wanted RC. I just wanted information O.o

Yes, just to note, that I always ask for an assignment to be completed before actually hiring so that every team member contributes and get off to a good start.
