Very well thought out and a good idea. however, i dont see this happening...
And as it is, its difficult enough to catch butterflys with a thousand noobs running around waving nets. Do you really think youll be able to shoot an animal and collect its spoils peacefully?

Butterfly catching against crowds isn't always too difficult. Just need to be precise. There's a thing in Onnet called the archery that can help improve that precision ;)
Overworld is too small for hunting to work and the baddies attacked the bank so that banking idea couldn't work.
Not quite. The Swamptown and Master Li areas are an ideal location for hunting. So are Balamb and Air Asia if animals are placed there. Also, while the Baddies attacked the bank. We attacked them. Harder. In fact, with all those people slaughtering thousands of Pyrats each day in York alone I'm surprised they haven't given up yet.

They could release new areas with the appropriate terrain.
They could also do something like Safari Zone in Pokemon where you pay gralats or buy a ticket to get in to a designated area to hunt animals.

Was that supposed to be a troll? because its not very hard to line up your arrows with the curves on the railing at the archery *cough* range.
