You still get the win if they pause against you, honestly I don't view this as a problem if their reputation goes to **** due to the fact that they pause instead of lose. It really doesn't affect you whatsoever.

I like the idea but i think half an hour is completely pushing it. I'd say 5-10mins just to be fair for the starter. If its on purpose then ya i can see it increasing by 5 everytime.
