Gameloft copies because it makes revenue. They currently are the iOS equivalent to treyarch atm. They make the best ports for COD, halo and GTA, so people prefer that oer the legit stuff, theyre good on consoles.

A port is the same game on a different console.
Gameloft's games are not ports, they are blatant rip-offs.
