Sorry to say it but I have suspicions that this is just the plecibo effect and the GPC isn't going to look at it.  

I thought the placebo effect was like someone giving a medicine that doesn't work, but saying it's a wonder medicine, and the person feels better because they're more optimistic about it. How is this the placebo effect?

My vision of the placebo effect is just because you see the meds in the water, doesn't mean it is there. It is a mind trick essentially, if you fill out an application there is a chance that it is just a front which keeps the majority of the players spamming that box while they choose hires from a different source. (my thoughts, it is the principal of the placebo effect which is a mind trick)  

I didn't apply and I never will.  

From the experience I've seen most staff have atleast 1000 hours online time, and are 14 or older.

There was one 12 year old Staff member a year or two ago, can't remember his age. It also seems like more recently hired staff are kids too. Just fun facts.
