GETS 2 was the old Obsidian. The old Obsidian had received the gold crown but no member of GETS ever got it since they didn't earn those hours. GETS has 2 hats not 3.

It doesnt matter if no GETS member got the yellow crown, GETS 2 got tye yellow crown and the hours make the gang not the members. So all becuase i kik all my members and recruit other ppl doesnt mean i get to get a second hat. Thats basically what GETS 2 did they just had a change of members....
I did not recieve my answer because no one can answer the simple question of why does a gang have more then 1 hat and others can have only 1.

I read the gang rewards thread and it says For 4k hrs we get a building and a hat we can grab doesnt state that we cant have more then 1 hat.

For the person saying contact snk....forums was my last way of contact he nvr answers emails and he isnt in my timezone.

Yes they did... Read above post they got the yellow crown when GETS 2 hit 2k hrs a while ago and more recently GETS 2 got the cowboy hat and when they merged with GETS They got the other Cowboy Hat making a GETS HAT total of 3 unless u can prove 1+1+1=2 this does not answer my question

Anyway you want to put it whether GETS has 2 Hats and Obs Has 2 Hats or Gets has 3 Hats and obs has 1 hat there is still a problem.....Why cant any other gang get 2 hats.

So let me Get this straight if i were to scam a gang above 2k hrs change its name and make it my sub gang. Then ask admins to magically combine our hrs I would be able to get 2-3 gang hats out of all tht.

By being moderators of a game I dont see how you can play favorites when you get nothing out of it. The Hat isnt a big deal or I would have named the thread WHERES MY HAT!!!
its about the double standard and this is just one example out of many.

In The End We are the customers and this is a business if you arent fair to the customers they stop buying your product and you lose your business. So far the customer service has been horrible from the increasing prices to the unfair treatment
